ELECTRIC · CLASS GUIDE
BR Class 90
A main-line overhead electric.Class 90 electrics worked passenger, mail and freight trains. A model needs overhead wires only for appearance—most take power from the rails—but pantograph and decoder features differ by release.
Check the product code, not just the class. Two models of the same locomotive can use different sockets because they were made in different years or use different tooling.
