DIESEL · CLASS GUIDE
Class 66
The modern heavy-freight workhorse. The Class 66 is a modern freight locomotive seen with many operators and liveries. OO and N models have appeared in standard, DCC-ready and sound-fitted forms; the product code is the safest way to distinguish them.
Check the product code, not just the class. Two models of the same locomotive can use different sockets because they were made in different years or use different tooling.
