DIESEL · CLASS GUIDE
BR Class 25
A versatile Type 2 diesel.Class 25s handled passenger and freight work across much of Britain. Model catalogues include several body and cab variations, so the running number and manufacturer’s product code matter when identifying a model or choosing parts.
Check the product code, not just the class. Two models of the same locomotive can use different sockets because they were made in different years or use different tooling.
